Daniel Rihn spent 11 years on the staff of State Senator Frank
Pecora, including time as Executive Diretor of the Senate Military
and Veterans' Affairs and Local Government Committees, Executive
Assistant in charge of the Capitol office, and Director of
Constituent Services in the district office.
From 1994 to 1997, Rihn served as Chief of Staff to Congressman
Mike Doyle. He was responsible for the constituent and political
activities in Allegheny County and the Metropolitan Pittsburgh
area.
In 1997, Rihn incorporated GIS Associates. He serves as President
and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Daniel Rihn currently
serves on the Board of the Steel Valley Authority and the Mon
Valley Policy Committee.
Peter Madaus spent more than a decade in Washington, DC,
working for members of the Pennsylvania Congressional Delegation.
He worked his way up from Staff Assistant in the office of
Congressman Bob Borski to become Legislative Director.
In 1993, Madaus joined the staff of Congressman Ron Klink as
Legislative Director, specializing in the areas of
telecommunications, finance and education. After twelve years on
Capitol Hill, Madaus joined GIS in 1999.
